Rates season 2023

The Olivella welcomes you from May to October.

You can rent an apartment by the week from Saturday to Saturday in high season and in low season we ask you to book a minimum of 4 nights.

You can arrive from 5pm, departure must be checked in by 10am.

For each rental, a deposit of 400€ for the integrity of the villa is required on arrival, and returned on the day of departure, subject to deductions for any missing equipment, damage, or cleaning costs duly noted on your departure.

The tourist tax will be 1,35€ per day and per person (free of charge for children under 18 years old).

We offer you the rental of a bed linen kit including towels: 25€ (2 persons / week).

Pool towels are available for hire at reception on request.

We provide you with free access to the launderette within the residence.

Cot and high chairs : free on request.

For your peace of mind, Olivella offers 2 free private car parks.

Our beach restaurant offers a breakfast facing the sea.

Any reservation will be effective only after receipt of the deposit, corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance is due on arrival. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.

If the tenant does not show up on the day mentioned on the contract, after a period of 24 hours and without notice to the residence this contract is considered cancelled, the remaining sums paid will be forfeited to the owner.

In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. However the stay can be postponed, according to availability and provided that the residence is notified.

We remind you that the number of people occupying a flat cannot exceed the maximum authorised capacity and must be declared to the reception.

Pets are not allowed.
